Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing an order, email us immediately at kalaam.studioo@gmail.com. We’ll try to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet, but changes are not guaranteed.
Lost, delayed, or missing shipments
If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us at kalaam.studioo@gmail.com with your order number.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll guide you on next steps.
Damaged items during shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at kalaam.studioo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
We’ll review and assist you as quickly as possible.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs delays can also affect delivery timelines.
