Return Policy

No returns or exchanges (as of now)

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before placing your order, as all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged/defective or the wrong item is delivered (see below), or if your order is covered by any mandatory consumer protection laws.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at kalaam.studioo@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label (if available)

We’ll review the issue and, if approved, arrange an appropriate resolution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Since we currently do not offer returns or exchanges, all items are non-returnable. This includes (but is not limited to) sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, and personal care goods.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

To exercise this right, contact us at kalaam.studioo@gmail.com. Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt/proof of purchase.

Refunds (only if applicable)

If a refund is approved (for example, for a confirmed damage/issue claim or where required by law), we will notify you once your case is reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
